Milton is qualified, courteous, punctual, and concientious. He offered helpful advice as well as fixed our garage door. The door was repaired quickly and at an affordable price. We are pleased with functionality and quietness of new parts. Could not have asked for a better garage repair guy!! A+++

Highly recommend Quality Garage Doors! They responded promptly to my request for a quote to replace my exiting garage door with a very competitive quote. The installer arrived a week later as promised and did a very professional job of removing my existing door and installing and new one with a new door lift. He then walked me through the features of the door and the new lift. All and all a very pleasant experience!

Milton of Quality Garage doors was great. I did my research and solicited multiple bids to purchase and install three new garage doors and two openers. Our previous doors were rotting, old and did not have sensors (we have small children). We needed an upgrade on the look, insulation, durability and safety. After multiple quotes, I went with Quality based on the competitive price and personal touch provided by Milton. After selecting Quality, Milton advised that he would contact me when the doors came in and he let me know 2 days before he expected to get them. We worked together to pick the installation day and he arrived on time on the day of the install. While installing, he let me know exactly what he and his crew member were going to do and walked me through the final setup of the openers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quality Garage Doors and will call them for any maintenance issues in the future.

I called Milton Harrison of Quality Garage Doors this morning. After asking a few clarifying questions (to be sure he understood the type of garage door, etc) he gave me a price over the phone. I agreed to the price, and we set up a same-day appointment. He showed up this afternoon on time, and he took care of the spring replacement in an efficient, professional manner. After he replaced the broken spring, he thoroughly lubricated all moving parts of the door mechanism and then he made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. He was very courteous and customer-service oriented--we had a friendly discussion while he performed the work. His price was as agreed-upon (in fact it was a bit less because he gave me a "veteran's discount" after he learned that I served in/am retired from the Air Force). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service to others...5 stars!!

Without a doubt, Milton puts his customers first. I called him in the morning and he was able to come by later that day to give an estimate and explain more specifically the problem I was having with my garage door not rising (the spring was broken). The estimate was reasonable, and I just got the vibe this guy was an honest and sincere businessman. We agreed on a day and time for the work but on the day of our appt. I was delayed leaving work. When I called he said no problem, take my time and he would meet me despite an hour delay. He did the work as requested and showed me the evidence of the broken spring. He did recommend I replace my the rollers. I agreed because the were nearly 15 years old (although, I wondered if this suggestion was the "upsell"). Boy, was I grateful he suggested replacing the rollers. The noise of the door moving was reduced significantly and they moved more smoothly. He gave a reduced price for the additional work and honored the 10% coupon. While i went to write the check, he cleaned up the work space. I would recommend Quality Garage Doors, and Milton, without hesitation!

He recommended that I replace the wheels, but because he was going to charge $10 per wheel, I declined since that would be 14 wheels per door, and I have 2 doors. That price is significantly higher than prices I have seen on line or in home stores. The tune up price was great, but his prices for the wheels was way too high.

My garage door was serviced and parts were replaced. I did have an issue after the initial visit. I called and the issue was corrected the following day.

What a painless and enjoyable experience dealing with Milton! Milton and his co-worker were here right on time, and immediately started getting right to work. I was able to purchase two top of the line triple layer garage doors from them and have them installed with decorative hardware. The entire process took all of three days from first contact to almost completed job (only because I neglected to tell him about frame of door space, he needs to bring more weather stripping). There was a problem with some items missing in one of the garage door opener boxes and they waited and worked while I ran and got the items from the store. They cleaned everything up, swept the entire floor, took and disposed of everything and all within two hours. Milton and his co-worker were professional, pleasant, attentive and I couldn't recommend a business with more enthusiasm. I'm so grateful that my 3+ week failed experience with Lowes occurred, because I wouldn't have discovered this company. Thank you Milton for a quality job. If you decide to expand on any other services you can provide, let me know...I'll hire you in a heartbeat!

Initial inspection showed last contractor has installed the door improperly and needed maintenance to get it working again. They came back within one week and installed a new door opener (by my request) and fixed the structural problems with the old door. They were timely, neat and courteous. I would use this company again!

My experience with Milton and Quality Garage Doors was outstanding. He came out right away; was on time and very cordial. Not only was his prices very fair; he was honest and trusting. He installed a new pin pad for my current garage opener and did not want payment until the new garage door was installed. He worked with me on the correct color and explained everything in complete detail. The installation of my new door went very smoothly; they cleaned up after the job was complete and Milton took the time to answer all my questions. My new door looks wonderful; and Milton was a pleasure working with. Would definitely recommend his company.

My service experience was fabulous! Milton returned my call the same day that I made my inquiry and was able to book my appointment very quickly. My garage doors were 12 years old and had not had much maintenance at all in the past. They screeched loudly and occasionally wouldn't close properly. Milton replaced rollers, adjusted springs and lubricated the tracks. They were amazingly smooth and quiet when he left as compared to when he arrived. I asked whether he carried the external access keypads I have seen on other garages and was tickled to find he had one that worked with my system. Milton is a delightful and personable guy with a very professional approach. I appreciated his customer-focused attention and will look forward to doing business again.

Milton Harrison responded to my online request within 5 minutes and appointment was made the same day. The repair required a new spring which was installed. Milton inspected the door and showed me where to expect trouble. To buy me some time on replacement he put a bracket in place to keep the door from bowing. Milton was very pleasant and I will definitely call him for a new door when needed.

Milton, inspected the 14 year old garage door system, and determined that difficult opening during the cold season was due to spring stretch and roller wheel deterioration. His diagnosis was that the spring definitely needed replacement, and that operation would be improved with wheel replacement. I elected to have everything done.
He also inspected wireless transmitter operation, and replaced the battery on my external unit, then had me reset the code so that it now works.
He was very pleasant and professional, and I'd definitely us Quality Garage Doors again.

Milton showed up on time. He discussed what needed to be done. In a matter of a minutes he was finished replacing the broken garage door spring. He lubricated the appropriate parts and adjusted the down and up levels of the openers. In additional, he installed a keypad on the door. Most importantly, he educated me on some basic maintenance practices.
