Troy Frazier spent a good amount of time on the phone with me when I contacted him. He listened to my description of a dishwasher which had decided it was going to simply refuse to empty its water.  I had watched a few uTube videos and done a little troubleshooting and had decided that it was the discharge pump.  He said not to be too sure of that and explained the other things which could be causing the issue.  He explained that he would come and do the diagnosis and that he would also help me weigh the options to decide if it was wiser to repair it or get a new dishwasher.
He arrived exactly at the appointed time, was neatly dressed and personable.  He brought in his tools and set about doing the diagnosis.  Needless to say I won't be having a career in dishwasher repair because he was right -- it was NOT the discharge pump but the module which tells the discharge pump what to do and when.  He had the model of module we needed on his truck and made quick work of installing and testing it.  He ran it through a few cycles and pronounced it "healed" much to my delight.  
He is absolutely an honest man because he could have easily replaced the discharge pump AND the module and I would never had known that all we actually needed was the module.  He'd have made more money and I'd have been left in happy ignorance believing that my uTube diagnosis was correct.
This is a patient and kind person.  He saw I was interested and several times during the process stopped to explain in detail what he was doing and why and how the module worked.  
Troy was neat and clean in his work and you'd never know he'd been here unless you noticed the now-working dishwasher.  His charges are certainly reasonable and his work skillfully done.  And honesty in a business is the highest valued trait you can hope to find.  We will be calling him for any of our future appliance repairs and we'd recommend him for any appliance repair you may have.  

Troy Frazier is very intelligent in diagnosing what is causing the problem and then how to fix it. He takes a scientific approachi in elimination of likely causes and then appropiately  addresses the problem. He is both professional and easy to communicate with.He enjoys his work and is eager  to please the customer. I asked him a lot of questions and he patiently and carefully answered my questions. His price is reasonable Both my sister and I are very happy that  we have Troy Frazier as our repair man for our appliances and also for preventive maintenace. Called and got a service appointment for the next day.  Proper contact prior to arrival.  Neat, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.  Very reassuring during the diagnosis that we would find the problem.  Put everything back together, checked all operations cleaned up and reinstalled the range.  Called after repair to followup and check on operation.  Can't say enough kudos!
