"Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. "We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!"
