Frank showed up with a team of like 6 guys I believe and knocked out a big projecg and made suggestions on how to plumb a new kitchen drain to save me a lot of money. They were prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and set the drain in record time, replumbed a washer dryer water line and drain to a new room, and even cleaned up some messy water lines a previous plumber had put in that was chaotic looking. He went the extra mile and checked over the work the plumber had done that had caused a major water pressure drop and offered solutions. His guys ran out and got salt pebbles for my new water softer the other guy had installed and filled it to the top for me without me even asking. I can’t say enough about how amazing Imperial Plumbing and the whole team are. I’d trust them with any plumbing job big or small.

I spoke with Frank who assured me he would come the following day with all the supplies needed to take care of my repairs. He was prompt, friendly, and quickly took care of all the problems. It was clear he was knowledgeable and very competent. He replaced two toilets, replaced some of the piping to the water softener and water heater, and removed the obstruction from the disposer. His prices are very fair and his work is impecable. He took the time before he left to explain to us some helpful tips to keep our plumbing working well. I have since referred him to friends and family who have been very pleased as well. I was so impressed with his work that I had him return the next day to install a new kitchen faucet. Frank did a great job!
