Would not complete the finish details of a bathroom and kitchen remodel. Very dissatisfied with what started out as a really good project

We were scammed by Randy Wood. He took our money and did not complete the job. He left our house a total disaster and my child and wife are now breathing in concrete dust until we can find someone to complete the job. He sent an email once our deposit check cleared (paid 5k upfront for a 10k job). Do not do business with Randy Wood or Mission Plumbing. He's a smooth talker and will tell you what you want to hear but he's just looking to take your money and run or will start the job and drastically increase the price after he starts digging into your house.

Randy is a con man. He left us in a Hugh mess. We referred him to a neighbor and he did the same to him. He has many complaints against him. DO NOT HIRE RANDY WOOD WITH MISSION PLUMBING!

RANDY HAS LEFT US HIGH AND DRY WITH PROBLEMS ON A TANKLESS/BOILER COMBI UNIT THAT HE INSTALLED TO THE TUNE OF THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. WE REFERRED HIM TO A NEIGHBOR AND HE HAS LEFT THEM IN A VERY BAD AND COSTLY SITUATION. HE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS ACTIONS.

I first called Mission for a leaking water heater, next to fix a leak in the pipe, and the third time was in July to fix a pipe that had frozen and burst. The owner said all the pipe needed to be replaced and quoted me a price for repiping and repairing damage done due to the water damage from the pipe bursting. That included demolition and replacement of the subfloor, insulation, tile kitchen and laundry floor. The water heater was leaning and had to be removed and new floor put under it. He said he had to tear down the wall to the closet for the water heater and furnace and said he could do everything. The work they did at this time was great. They were friendly and professional and seemed to do a good job. On 8/3/2023, I let them know I had found the flooring I wanted so they could order it. I called later to see if it had been ordered. After several unanswered calls over the next few days, my nephew called (8/16) to see what was going on. After a few calls, my nephew talked to the owner. On 8/31, since I had never heard from Mission, my nephew called and was told the flooring should be received between 9/6th and12th and the latest date for it to be installed was 9/18. After never hearing anything, I called the owner on 9/18 and left a message, but never got a response. On 9/21, I got hold of someone and was told that the flooring should be there the middle of the next week (9/29-30) and they should be able to start work on 9/30 or Monday, 10/2. They came that week and completed installation of the flooring and insulation. When it came to repairing the holes in the walls made to repipe the two bathrooms and the wall that was taken down, the owner said he didn't do drywall and I'd have to find someone else. He said to let him know when it was done and he would come back and put the doors he had removed back on the closet for the water heater/furnace and finish the rest of the work. On 10/30, I called the owner to let him know the drywall was done. I left a message, but he never called back. On 11/7 2023, I called him again. He stated he was waiting for me to call and I told him I had called a week before and left a message. He said he'd call me back. Today is 12/28 and I still haven't heard from him. I finally had someone else finish the work he was supposed to do. I don't want to give Mission a poor rating because of the good work they did do. But I want to go them the worst rating because of his not finishing the work he was supposed to do. It's very disappointing to find that when it comes down to it, they aren't quite as dependable as they seemed to be.

After 12 years with Superior Water and Air, because they no longer provide boiler service and their offfered service has become so poor, we sought out another provider. Yes informed me of their offered service and I made an appointment. Nick, boiler specialist, becoming a rare breed, arrived at the appointed hour and date, immediately acquainted himself with our HVAC/boiler, snowmelt, hot water, filters and other related entities. He attended to several service needs, filled our glycol reservoir, pointed out and replaced a collapsed expansion tank, pointed out a few "leaks" at joints where residue is collecting, and assisted with some plumbing issues. Nick is affable, does neat work, and was very efficient for us. Therefore, and because of the range of services YES provides, we signed a maintenance contract with them, going forward.

Travis was prompt, and efficient.

We were troubleshooting a problem to confirm an issue with the city. They were thorough and worked with me to determine find the issue and made sure everything was in place before leaving.

Hired MP for a 45k bathroom remodel. Entire project left undone-no vanity, sinks. mirrors, lighting, shelving in closet, broken plank in flooring, shower pan left undone, after installing then removing due to poor workmanship, sheetrock sub was "fired" then hired someone else. Signed contract 29/9/2022, project left undone 1/2023. Not booked through Home Advisor, but was told they worked with Home Advisor & Angi.

Misdiagnosed problem. Paid for unnecessary service.

They were awesome and priced fairly

First time using these guys but it won't be the last. They were very responsive and the communication was excellent.

Courteous but way overpriced. Also would have done further repairs but decided to do them myself even though I am 84. I replaced my bathroom faucet myself not wishing to pay another $250.00 he would have charged. I bought a high end faucet for $80. I think the $250 amount did not include the faucet

Fast, professional and worth every penny.

Mission Plumbing removed my old Undermount sink and replaced it with a new one. They ran into several snags along the way which made it difficult, but they figured out a new plan each time and got it installed beautifully.

Fast response to our issue, did good work and made good recommendations for avoiding future issues. Would absolutely hire them again.

Enjoyed Mission Plumbing's promptness and low pricing. Our project is still on-going and should finish this week.

Got the job done but failed to pull permits with the city, damaged sprinkler system in several places and destroyed several areas of lawn that could of been protected from machinery with a few sheets of plywood.
