He bit off a little more than he could chew and had to return home before the job was finished. I called Raoul back to see if he would finish the job, which he did, no problem. An installation date was set and the carpet and installers arrived on schedule.  They did a fantastic job with a minimum amount of interruption and mess. Upon completion they cleaned the area and removed all the old carpet and pad. And yes the Seam repair was nearly flawless, I defy anyone to see it.   I will certainly use the Carpet Fixer the next  time we need new Carpeting or Repairs to our existing Carpet.
