"Hired them again! First the floor upstairs and they did so good we hired them for the flooring in our kitchen. Now we hired them to replace our countertops with Quartzite. It looks amazing! They had to remove our old countertop and they were able to do it without hurting the tile backsplash even though it was on multiple sides of the counter. I can't say what a relief that was. Our home is a totally different place. It was so scary to make so many changes but they put a team together to help. Our Team: Paul (sales) was so fast to find us exactly what we wanted. "Got a quote from Raoul, but instead brought a friend out from Virginia to do the install, thinking it would save me money. My friend was a handyman and not an accomplished ceramic tile installer. He bit off a little more than he could chew and had to return home before the job was finished. I called Raoul back to see if he would finish the job, which he did, no problem. Cost-wise I didn’t save any money with a lot more headaches, although it was nice to see my friend again. I was in the Floorcovering business for 40 years and I made a rookie mistake. PIBI TILE was so nice to work with and did excellent work. It’s hard to find an installer to come finish another mans work. PIBI didn’t hesitate. I also used his handyman to finish the plumbing, install a vanity and the grab bars. He did excellent work also. Don’t hesitate, give them a shot at your project."

"I was very specific at the start of this project with what I wanted and had several pages of ideas and photos in mind to give Dan for him to bid with. All of my ideas were discussed prior to the project and Dan was able to accommodate everything I wanted. I can say with 100% certainty that the kitchen I got turned out better than what I hoped for. Dan's finish work was exceptional, and many pieces were cut to fit on site and painted like cabinet trim, baseboards, and side paneling to fit perfectly in place. Dan has been the best communicating contractor I have ever hired, and he was very punctual. Above and Beyond - Mid way thru the project I asked Dan to paint base board molding to match my cabinets two-toned color and install them, which he was happily able to complete for me."

An installation date was set and the carpet and installers arrived on schedule.  They did a fantastic job with a minimum amount of interruption and mess. Upon completion they cleaned the area and removed all the old carpet and pad. And yes the Seam repair was nearly flawless, I defy anyone to see it.   I will certainly use the Carpet Fixer the next  time we need new Carpeting or Repairs to our existing Carpet.
