Wow.... were we impressed with Dan.

We have good renters in our duplex and needed the bathroom completed in no more than 3 days. Dan scheduled and worked with the plumber, marble, demo, permit, inspector and finished the bathroom in 2 days. Dan and his subcontractors were very, professional, respectful and clean covering all work areas. Our renters only had to shower at their gym 1 day. FANTASTIC!!!! He was able to get all supplies today and come back in about 90 minutes and completely take out old tank and install new Navien tankless water heater including updated to code plumbing and exhaust vent.
