"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"Plumber came thee hours late and quoted me $775.00 to replace a hose bib. I told him that sounded high, he told me hose bibs are $275.00 alone, the rest is labor. I looked up the price of a hose bib, mmmm....yeah it’s only $10.00. I canceled the job and the plumber cane to my house the next day and harassed me,..he wanted to know why I canceled the job. I’m home alone with three kids getting bullied by a plumber at Roto-Rooter. Several hours their sister restoration company called me and said the state was concerned with my flooding and mold from my recent need of a hose bib. Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. In fact, they let me use it for three full days before I had to reach out to ask how to pay them! 🤯 I was thinking it was impossible to find a company that truly cares about the quality of their work and their customer’s experience anymore and every contractor only cared about rushing to collect a half down check to not show back up.
