Ritchie and Dillon replaced our 2 water heaters, and several other things. These guys are the best and most helpful, professional plumbers I have ever worked with. They explained everything carefully, and pointed out improvements to our plumbing that I didn't even realize were possible. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Update (10/15/2025). Had Eric’s come out for the annual check-up and some additional services. Weston and Alex did a great job. Replaced our pressure regulator, tub handle problem, sink leak, water filter and two outdoor hose bibs. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Feels good to get the problems resolved, highly recommend - also appreciate the info and pressure approach on possible future upgrades. Update 3/5/25): Just had Eric’s out to check our sewer line and we were very happy with the service and the results. They scoped out the main line and walked through our only issue (slime build-up). Weston even discussed how our line has no sags (standing water issues) which was great to hear. They provided some options (enzyme maintenance program or jet wash). I appreciated the options and the lack of pressure to select one - they didn’t think we really needed a jet wash so no upselling!. We had a few questions on our water softener which they took the time to explain (system and new heater are working great 7 months later) and answered a few other questions. Highly recommend them for a great experience (if you’re looking for a good maintenance program check out their VIP program). 8/25/2024 Had an excellent experience with Eric’s Plumbing. We needed our water heater replaced and wanted to add a water softener and a water filtration system in the kitchen. Weston came out for the initial quote - answered all of our questions re our options (replacing water heater or upgrading to a tankless system). Walked us thru our gas needs (especially as we are adding a fireplace) and what that would require. No pressure and a quick turnaround on pricing on all options. Weston and Bryan came out to complete the work and did an excellent job. Because we also needed to expand our natural gas volume the process took time (permits, etc). Eric’s office staff did an amazing job of keeping us informed throughout the process with frequent updates (Unfortunately I don’t remember there names). I highly recommend Eric’s - pricing was very reasonable, communication and assistance was excellent every step of the way!

Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. This is nice, because I have experienced in the past where a plumber expected me to pay for their mistake. Eric also gave me quotes on other minor things I plan to do in the future.

Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Slow leak found in 4 inch drain plug behind downstairs toilet. Repaired without removing toilet. Difficult to do but did the job perfectly.

I love them and Eric was great. He did a good job he works by himself. He doesn't charge and stays on what's the price and I can't go wrong with Eric. I would recommend them to others.

Experience was great. He fixed the plumbing that another plumber had messed up for cheaper then that other plumber and a higher quality.

Eric has been just great. Whenever complications come up in my condo that I own he has been right on it and fix things promptly.
