"Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. "Although the service provider was very prompt in both communication and arrival and the work was done as outlined, the pricing on a per/hour basis is ridiculous. I priced out the three parts used which at retail would not exceed $150. The time to perform the three repairs took the plumber 1.5 hrs. That’s $600 for 1.5 hours of work or $400/hr.!

Being in the residential trade business myself, charging my clients a fair hourly rate plus materials has kept me in business for over 17 years. 

Had I been able to find an available, independent plumber, charging a reasonable $120-$150/hr rate, my bill would have been around $375.

I will keep looking for that trusted, independent plumber - not one of these larger companies that employ multiple people, pay for expensive advertising and a fleet of trucks!"

"Needed a new toilet installed. Was scheduled by another Plumbing company. They never showed up. They had many excuses as to their rescheduling but pushed the project back again. I called Neighborly Plumbing and Travis was very professional and friendly. He had us by the new toilet and scheduled the plumber Mathew to install it. Mathew came on the scheduled time, installed the toilet in less than an hour and he was on his way. So professional and very nice. Canâ t wait for something else to replace so I can call them again."
