"Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. Nevertheless, technician called before arrival as promised, arrived on time, wore mask and booties, explained what the problem was, what had to be done to fix it, prepared cost estimate before work, and finished in time. He left no debris after his work. All together a pleasant and professional experience. Would definitely hire again for additional plumbing work if needed."
