Brad was very professional. He never made us feel like we were intruding on him which might be a problem with some people being after hours and all. It turned out he needed to pull the toilet to get to the clog. The charges were reasonable too. I expected it to be a lot more especially with the after hours fee ($99.00) but it was still less then I was expecting. I was expecting close to $300 but it was one $225.
