"Ive been using Terry for anything plumbing related since 2012. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. "I live chatted with them on a Monday night after 9pm ,They called me right at 8am and scheduled a service quote on old broken cast pipe under my sink ,Corey showed up at least an hr earlier than planned and that was great as we need the kitchen sink, He checked everything and gave me 3 options and prices ,No pressure at all to go with the most expensive one , Cory is a asset to the company very polite and detailed and explained everything ,Enjoyed talking to him ,He did the work and when i was ready to give up and have him do the pipe under the house he wanted to give one more try and wala it worked so new ,disposal ,new pipes and vent ,please keep in mind the main part of the house was built in 1957 so rusted and the prior owners attempt at pluming was weak to say the least .Anyways thought price was fare service 5 star and Cory i would recommend to anyone .They are my new go to plumbing company and they can thank Cory ."

Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly.
