I hired Neighbor to connect my shower and washing machine pipes to my sewer main. The pros were friendly, competent, and worked quickly. I was very happy with the work they did and will definitely call them again for other plumbing projects.

Great service

Neighborly plumbing showed up in time, were knowledgeable and professional. They are over priced, but I was on a deadline and didn’t have time to shop around, I needed someone available on my timeline and to do the job correctly. They did do a great job and I would recommend them!

Matt and Rodolfo did a great job re-piping my house with PEX.

They were polite, professional and worked very hard on our bathroom remodel. I believe the demolition of our old shower was much worse(harder) than was antcipated but they just did the job (excellant) with no complaints. We will gladly reccommend them for plumbling and remodelling .

O I am more than pleased with this company. They very polite and friendly. The price seemed fair. The came the next day and cleaned up the best they could (it was snowing). I would recommend them for their work(giving them a 5\5 rating).

Instead of the previous Thursday appointment, I showed up on Monday.worked quickly and generally well. even redid some previous shoddy work from another source without extra charge. Handyman, the subcontractor, is delaying completion and costing twice as much as the original estimate. Friendly and clean, except for plumbers crack exposure. Get some bibs or something. It is gross.

Neighborly Plumbing was the BEST to work with. Matt has been so great to work with and get my two bathrooms and kitchen done, it has not been an easy remodel but Matt and Neighborly made it stress free for me, thank you!

Prompt and professional

Casey came in and completed adding the PRV valve. He cleaned up after himself. Was in and out without any issues.

Professional, timely, and does great quality work

Neighborly Plumbing has to be by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked. In fact those plumbers asked me what I wanted and asked for my suggestions! Seriously!! Need I say I went with Neighborly Plumbing. Their bid was extremely competitive and after all was done and said their quality was heads above everyone else. While completing the job they ended up redesigning the sump system because they found excessive water tables around the property. They wanted to insure that the system they installed was custom to our home and as such they ended up upgrading parts and incurring an additional day of labor for two master plumbers but yet honored my estimate. I’m sure they certainly couldn’t afford to do that on a frequent basis but it goes to show you that there are tradesman still alive and well who insist on quality and function on all jobs that they complete. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Casey, Chris, Matt and Travis. This is a small company but big on reliability, integrity, and quality. Teresa Graziano
