He and another guy (I can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up the same day to do the work. They were friendly and professional, and were in and out in less than an hour. "I spent Sunday morning trying to locate a plumber who could come out to thaw pipes to the  house.  Finally got Beehive/Quick Response Plumbing.  They had someone here within the hour.  Scott worked  diligently to thaw the pipes, going out of his way to make sure it was we understood what he was doing.  (He was using an electric thawing device).  He had to leave to take another job but came back and saw that pipes where cleared.
