Myself, faraway and relatively poor, wonder if a lawyer or public agency could get the "Any Hour" company to pay some $'s -- including for disabled woman's money-stressed family who have now upended their lives, moving the woman and her two cats cross country with unclear outcomes."

"It was around 9pm on a Friday night. We called and left a message with an answering service. Brad had called back to talk to us and got to our house a little over an hour from our first call. Brad was very professional. He never made us feel like we were intruding on him which might be a problem with some people being after hours and all. It turned out he needed to pull the toilet to get to the clog. The charges were reasonable too. I expected it to be a lot more especially with the after hours fee ($99.00) but it was still less then I was expecting. I was expecting close to $300 but it was one $225.
