Jeremy and Rusty made some on the spot calls on the day of installation when the old shingles were removed. My husband and I were very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. We feel that no other contractor that we got bids from would have fixed the issues that Novus Construction fixed."

When the city came to inspect what they dug up it failed because they didn?t have what the city needed. I backed out of my basement walkout because this contractor does not have the proper knowledge or resources to figure out what the city needs. They consistently gave me inaccurate information. I knew it was a red flag when they showed up 4 hours late to my original consultation. I regret hiring them and I suggest looking into other options if you live in west valley and want to hire these people. They?re unaware of what the city requires. "
