"The crew was unprofessional in their topics of conversation. They left metal brackets on the ground that could have cut my dog's feet. They did not install the leaf guard and told the salesman that I changed my mind, when I didn't. There seems to be an overall lack of communication between sales and the installers. I ended up having to schedule them to come back to finish the job properly. The salesman did attempt to make it right by giving me a 10% discount, which was appreciated."
