"It was around 9pm on a Friday night. We called and left a message with an answering service. Brad had called back to talk to us and got to our house a little over an hour from our first call. Brad was very professional. He never made us feel like we were intruding on him which might be a problem with some people being after hours and all. It turned out he needed to pull the toilet to get to the clog. The charges were reasonable too. I expected it to be a lot more especially with the after hours fee ($99.00) but it was still less then I was expecting. I was expecting close to $300 but it was one $225. Well worth getting our toilet back before Monday. I would definitely recommend them.

That company had left their snake blocking all, claiming removal so difficult as to require $5 k, or $3.5 k at minimum. Mitch, in a snowstorm, solved things for $1,500. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet.
