Monkey Wrench replaced my tankless water heater. The water heater was faulty. Wes was on the phone with the manufacturer and had details worked out for a new water heater. Had work done by them. Take pictures of the work being done. They did NOT pull permits though they told me and charged me for them and all the money for the work. Work was nothing amazing and now I had to wait two weeks for a work stop order because they did not do their jobs correctly. No answer when I reached out to them and no call back on our property. Let down huge by them and cost me a bunch more money because of them getting the job done fast and not right. Do not expect the LICENSED contractor to pull permits even though they should here on work being done, the work done is pretty obvious for a needed permit. The response they made reflects perfectly to doing INCORRECT work for a customer and being accountable.

I was told that my water heater was missing the warranty sticker and that it would have to be replaced with a new one at the cost of $1900. I had a friend tell me he new of a plumber i should get a second opinion on. I called this second plumber who showed me I HAD a warranty sticker so he replaced my water heater for just an install fee and a warranty water heater for $400. A BIG difference.

If there was a missed warranty sticker, it was simply an honest miss. However, I am not entirely sure what really happened. We had quoted a replacement and scheduled with you, which you rescheduled with us twice. Then, on the third try, you cancelled altogether when we were on our [Member Information Removed] out and told us you had purchased a tankless heater from Costco. All things considered, I am not sure what the real story is and don't feel this review accurately reflects our interaction. I requested quotes from 4 places on Angie's List. Mike called me less than 60 seconds after I hit submit (only one other placed called me, and that was after Mike had already been to my house and done the work). He quoted me $389 to remove the old toilet and put in a new one, parts and labor included. I knew that toilets were $200-$300 for parts alone, so I was pleasantly surprised by this low number. He and another guy (I can't remember his name, sorry!) showed up the same day to do the work. They were friendly and professional, and were in and out in less than an hour. Fantastic work, done quickly and inexpensively.

Quick and easy. With photos, they were able to give me an estimate to the cost over the phone . Something no other company offered. Came when scheduled, done quickly and cleaned uo the tiny mess. Had a little snafu, which they quickly came back and fixed at no additional cost. Already thinking of hiring again for an install.
