Ive been using Terry for anything plumbing related since 2012. I've had work done to make my water heater work, then eventually replaced my water heater; he helped me set up a bidet and hand rails in my shower for my elderly mom; he’s installed my dishwasher because it needed a longer line. Currently, I have a leak in my main water line between my house and the sidewalk... and I'm sure it's going to be awesome. Terry is great with my mother and my dogs. Love him and happy to have him to call or text whenever I need him. Also, always works me in fast even with my difficult schedule. :)

He was very quick to respond and came and assessed the issues and got the parts to get everything working well in a very short time. He is very professional, knowledgeable and does quality work.

Very quick to come. Would not give estimate over phone. Wanted to make sure of what was needed for the particular job. Clean, talked of what needed to be done at customer level. No fancy BS words. Told what price was and we agreed on work and price. Both men were polite and knew what they were doing. I and cleaned up after them selves. I reccomend this company. Terry is testable and I have put him on my hire again list.

Terry excelled at the three things we look for when selecting a contractor to repair or replace items in our home: service, price and timeliness. We had an outside faucet freeze on us during winter causing flooding in our basement bedroom this Spring. We called Terry based upon his ratings. He showed up within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue, informed us of the process and gave us a very fair quote. He was able to locate the split pipe and replace the faucet assembly in about an hour. Afterwards, he made sure the basement area was clean and even educated us on what can cause these issues and how to prevent it in the future. Extremely friendly, Terry even provided us with a military discount! To top it off, The next day We were concerned with what we thought was low water pressure in my second floor shower. Terry came right over and removed debris from the filters and educated us on clearing our water heater to remove excess rust and debris. Terryâ s business may be smaller than the larger companies, but his amazing customer service and very competitive pricing beats them all. Highly recommended!

Terry did a great job and he was able to it quickly. He is thorough and made sure the job was done to current specification. He explained what he was doing and why. He was honest about cost and what it included. He was upfront about not being the cheapest and why.

Terry did a real service moving jobs around in order to replace my water heater quickly and still keep his other customers well served. He is the plumber rely on.

Terry has been very good to work with. Keeps me informed concerning the project. I accepted his bid on the spot as it seemed reasonable and fair.

Terry was very friendly and I felt comfortable letting him into our home. He explained the different ways he could fix my problem from a cheap temporary fix through more expensive, permanent options. I settled on the cheap fix for now and will definitely be calling him again when I have room in my budget for a more permanent fix.

We needed a washing machine plumbed in our basement. Terry was able to research a way to do it without drilling through the wall, while still keeping it to code, which saved us a lot of money. He was friendly, he explained the project clearly, and he got the work done quickly. I would definitely use him again in the future.

As with most everyone else, I dread needing plumbing services. This time it was to replace the PRV on our main water line. Something that we have to do in Sandy every three years even buying the very best parts. 200+ psi coming in from the street and 120+ psi inside the house. The existing valve was definitely failing. I found TB Yetter with an average 5 star review score. Ya, right. Placed the call to HomeAdvisor and received a call back in less than a minute from TB Yetter (Derek) with the work scheduled for the next day. He asked the right questions, showed up exactly on time, and charged a very, very fair fee. In fact, exactly what he quoted me the day before. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with no mess at all. Important in a finished basement. I asked him about installing a second PRV, a pressure gauge, and a regulator on my sprinkling system. He had every opportunity to 'take me for a ride'. He took the time to talk me through everything that I asked. Nothing was needed, the result was that he walked away from significant chances to charge me more. I would have willingly paid. In the course of the work he checked out the water heater install and was very complementary. The PRV replacement is not easy, but he made it work without cutting more drywall or altering the plumbing. It was complicated by the dreaded 1/8 inch difference in the PRV model. Cannot give these guys a stronger recommendation. HomeAdvisor needs some work though. The vetting is helpful as is the project estimator. The problem came in trying to get the person who picked up my initial call to understand what the project was. They definitely work from a rote list. The closest they could come to describing my need was 'Water line service’. Not helpful and took a moment to straighten out with Derek when he called. TB Yetter is now my only black book entry for plumbing.

Little expensive but good work

We had some faucet and water heater issues. Great job, on time and a fair price. I will recommend TB Yetter to my friends.
