We schedule a day for him to return and do the necessary work. He and his helper were very respectful of our condo, laying down tarps to protect the floor, keeping the work area clean, and cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond to fix a couple of other problems and didn't charge more for the additional requests. The job was completed within the projected time frame and at the quoted price.
