"It was around 9pm on a Friday night. We called and left a message with an answering service. Brad had called back to talk to us and got to our house a little over an hour from our first call. Brad was very professional. He never made us feel like we were intruding on him which might be a problem with some people being after hours and all. It turned out he needed to pull the toilet to get to the clog. The charges were reasonable too. I expected it to be a lot more especially with the after hours fee ($99.00) but it was still less then I was expecting. I was expecting close to $300 but it was one $225. Well worth getting our toilet back before Monday. I would definitely recommend them.

He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet.
