"I called David Trail because my roof was leaking into the kitchen and more rain was on the way. He was the first contractor to show up. After walking the roof, he decided that the problem wasnâ t roofing, it was cracked caulking around the vents. When he came back, I invited him to walk the property and bid on patching and repainting problem areas of the house and walls.
