"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"Honest fast and f****** reliable Bryan called me willing to come out and see how bad it was. for free because every one charges just to come out to tooele County. Just had a bad experience with a company on angi list from up north. Not going to mention names. But what turn out to be drizzle is now a stream. Had to turn off my main line couldn't keep up with the river in my basement. Bryan comes out the next day. we talk and gives me a ruff estimate I ask if your company finance and unfortunately not at the time. But I told him what I had and he worked with that. Next day the crew had to dig up my flower bed which I was stressed of losing all my plants they took real good care of it all fixed the problem and replanted my plants. Who dose that. It's like they weren't even there. I can actually take a shower now they were super fast and friendly. F*** 5 stars they are top notch company and deserves a 10 star rating highly recommend this company to everyone I can't say enough very happy. Also thank to Gage."
