We recently moved into a condo and had some extensive upgrades done. The plumbing was done by a different plumber, but was not done to our expectation. We decided to have the plumbing inspected by Manwill. Kody did the inspection, taking photos. He explained what needed to be done to bring it all up to code. We schedule a day for him to return and do the necessary work. He and his helper were very respectful of our condo, laying down tarps to protect the floor, keeping the work area clean, and cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond to fix a couple of other problems and didn't charge more for the additional requests. The job was completed within the projected time frame and at the quoted price.
