"TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. It was a hard area to replace th heater but didn't charge me extra for removing my soft water unit where other vendors would. Very responsible and easy to work with."
