"Our journey with West Shore Homes began with us just wanting to replace an unsafe garden tub in the basement. After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. The 1st day of 3, we had Kimball, Riley, & Dylan working on the master bath, they had to come back the next day to finish. Carson, Fredy and Logan installed & completed the basement shower the 1st day . Carson, Fredy and Kyle returned a week later, because our tub arrived in the wrong color, they completed the main bath installation in 1 day. The teams were courteous, professional and explained the process in detail. The transformation of our three bathrooms is incredible and well worth the 3 day interruption. "I would not hesitate to hire GSB Remodeling again. I was so impressed, I'd probably just skip the whole shopping around thing and just call Greg. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and quoted us a very reasonable price. If you're like me, jaw on the floor after hearing estimates from the "big" companies/chains, call Greg...he is reasonable. The previous homeowner was a "DIY" enthusiast, but not very good at it. We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY. "Bill is exactly what you want in a general contractor. Never did I feel I was being lied to or forgotten about. I hired Bill to build my forever home and he would constantly give me updates on how things were going and rough timelines. Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. "The installation was scheduled to take 2 days. James, Brandon & Teegan stayed overtime and finished in one day. Communication, Installation and the Finished product was excellent. 3 Safely rails were installed at just the correct position and height. Everything was cleaned up as if they were working on their own project. 3day Kitchen and bath did not return my calls. We bid the project in January; I would say it was 4 Month 5 Star Kitchen and Bath and one day, however the wait was worth it......"
