Bill kept the work going smoothly. There were no lapses in work scheduled. A few plumbing & minor issues related to the age of the building that added a bit of extra time but Bill & his workmen were on them immediately. Overall a much better experience than we were expecting. They were clean and conscientious, not working so fast that we were concerned about quality, but good, personable, consistent workers. Extremely happy with the job!
