- 5 Star Kitchen and BathI am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (I'm still struggling with the cost of it, but it's part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone

The boss would come through periodically to check and make sure the I stalkers were doing it correct. At one point the boss even had them Redo a section of flooring that he didn’t like how it was done. Would use them again for any project

They were punctual at the time of the appointment, very professional to inspect the work to be done and they took the time to clarify all the doubts I had, regarding materials and cost, in addition to guiding my design idea and thus achieving the bathroom I expected. . Then when the time for installation came, they met the stipulated deadlines, a really detailed and very professional job, they even left the bathroom spotless, no trace of work, which has not happened with other jobs that I have done in my house with other companies. Highly recommended, prices according to what they promise, and I would definitely hire them again for other future projects. Something important to me was the confidence they gave me, that I would do well and my investment would not be lost

"They we’re excellent!!! I tell everyone about them! They return phone calls and were very responsive. They were upfront about what could be done and what couldn’t be done. They also were able to help me create the vision that I wanted my basement. They did some really cool accent walls. They were fast and did quality work. Very ethical and honest. Which is saying a lot based on what I’ve experienced before. The only thing I wish I would’ve known about before they laid the flooring is the following: cement is very uneven. There’s a chemical that you can pour ahead of time to make the cement even before laying the flooring. That way when you walk on your hard or laminate flooring, it’s not dipping down in certain areas that are uneven. Otherwise, super top notch!!!
