"Our journey with West Shore Homes began with us just wanting to replace an unsafe garden tub in the basement. After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. "I would not hesitate to hire GSB Remodeling again. I was so impressed, I'd probably just skip the whole shopping around thing and just call Greg. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions, and quoted us a very reasonable price. If you're like me, jaw on the floor after hearing estimates from the "big" companies/chains, call Greg...he is reasonable. The previous homeowner was a "DIY" enthusiast, but not very good at it. We fully expected Greg to run into some problems, and he did, but he took them in stride and rectified the situation(s) CORRECTLY. "I hired Bill (Red Butte Construction) after an unpleasant spec review with another contractor. Bill was a huge relief. With his experience and professionalism we were quickly able to launch a $500,000 project. Managing and living through a remodel is stressful to say the least. Besides the inconvenience, unexpected challenges arise, timelines change, budgets explode and delays are inevitable. Bill took the stress out of the inevitabilities of any contract work. His communication and flexibility for solutions was a godsend. I was managing my project from 1000 miles away. "The installation was scheduled to take 2 days. James, Brandon & Teegan stayed overtime and finished in one day. Communication, Installation and the Finished product was excellent. 3 Safely rails were installed at just the correct position and height. Everything was cleaned up as if they were working on their own project. 3day Kitchen and bath did not return my calls. We bid the project in January; I would say it was 4 Month 5 Star Kitchen and Bath and one day, however the wait was worth it......"
