For the first 5 years, they repaird 2-3 times my old wooden garage door (from the '50s), which was very heavy and kept breaking its side chains. All work was professional and fast. In November 2008 I decided to dump the old door and buy a new one - Crawford was one of Three companies I had come out, and they were professional and gave me a good deal (it's a VERY good door and was just under $2000). The man who installed the door was NOT professional; however I didn't really have to deal with him. All sales and repair people have been exemplary. In July the old motor (which I did not replace with the door) gave out, and I called them before 8am and got someone. They wanted to know if I was 'stuck' in the garage (I was not), and said I needed them to come at a specific time - they did so, and when I mentioned I was unhappy with the man who installed the door, the repairman did a little extra work (he added 2 stability bars to make the door move more smoothly), at no charge

On a previous service call he serviced the garage door and checked everything and discouraged me from replaceing the whole door, and by doing so cost himself a sale and several hundred dollars; which demonstrated high integrity.
