We had a full failure of a water heater at a rental property and the tenants had no hot water. When I reached out to T&S on a Saturday night Ben immediately responded and offered to come the next day (Sunday) and assess the situation. When he saw that the renters were without hot water he offered to start the work immediately. Ben was thoughtful with our renters, ensured that he didn’t make messes while removing the old water heater, and was meticulous in his install of the new tankless system & softener. He was quick to communicate, provided me updates with pictures along the way, and my renters spoke highly of his professionalism. I would highly recommend T&S and I will be using him in the future.
