"Ron was the lead worker and he and Jake did a great job!!! They explained everything that they were doing and made us feel very comfortable with the work. It turned out to be much more work than the estimator said because of the small space for the furnace and the fact that I didn't have a return air vent in the basement. They had to move out the water heater to put the furnace in. In addition to that they put PVC pipe from the furnace through the garage out through the foundation to the outside for my return air.
