Tyler Jolley with Jolley Pros is absolutely amazing. He is kind, personable, caring, thorough, and honest. I called Tyler because when I was researching contractors that knew about water damage, Tyler was the only one with over 20+ years of experience, and of the reviews I read, it seemed he really knew his stuff. He worked with us last summer and made sure everything was correct and fixed after we discovered that the house builder, 12 years previous, had made some mistakes causing slow water damage to the front of our house. Recrntly, we found water in another portion of the house, and called Tyler again immediately, without hesitation. He came out, helped us figure out what was wrong, where it from, and verified that there was not further wood or mold damage. I have referred others to him, and will only ever call him if I ever need help with repairs or restoration! Thank you Tyler for all of your help!!!

excellent Jolley Pros was extremely professional. I give them a five star rating. I am very pleased with their work , communication and the final results of our bathroom remodel. We removed the bathtub and ripped that whole area down to the studs and built a walk in shower with barn style sliding glass doors, new tile, new floors, new vanity, new lighting, new electric, new plumbing. The entire project was accomplished remotely as I am in California, and this remodel was done in Utah. So it was of upmost importance to me to work with a company that I could trust that would be clean, professional, quality work and accountable. Jolly pros did not disappoint. Tyler emailed and text me with all the scheduled appointments for each stage of the remodel, sent photos, kept me informed and even spent 30+ minutes on the phone with me while I was in Floor Decor in California picking out tile and flooring. Tyler went above and beyond in customer service, and I would highly recommend Jolley Pros and look forward to working with them again for my next remodel.

First, I don't know any home owner that could be prepared for a disaster. Ours was water damage to our home, resulting in mold ! I searched for a professional that could help us, while honestly tackling this nightmare. Tyler come out to evaluate the entire damage as a no charge consultation. He was so organized, experienced and knowledgeable, and helped us easily eliminate two other companies that come out to bid. Tyler got in the trenches of our mess and assured us that he could go to bat with our insurance company and the adjuster. What a lifesaver, as we feel so safe and secure about getting our lives back during & after the reconstruction. There is no reason to shop around or risk the potential of getting scammed or having a poor/mediocre job being done. You just can't replace the peace of mind that Jolley Pros brings to the table.
