"Slater Lawn has always been great about coming out any time we needed work done on our sprinkler system. We had one issue where the wires were pulled up out of a valve box and apparently not put back right. They were able to fix the issue quickly. Recently, a concrete company poured a slab and destroyed the pvc piping where they poured causing my system to leak under the slab. It has been a nightmare to deal with but Slater's guys have been great. They scheduled the appointment time, showed up when they were scheduled, did the work.. then came back when we realized there was a second leak. They work hard, fast and they get it done professionally and are always ALWAYS courteous. Its sad that they have to come fix what someone else broke."

"Omg!! Can't say enough about these guys. Elloy was so very responsive and professional. I didn't have to go into detail... rather he did exactly what I was needing to be done and it looked amazing and it was the best service I've experienced in a long time....all without having to babysit or settle for less than what my expectations were....which "I've been told...are a bit too high"...? ...so I can honestly say that Elloy is the best in our area and unfortunately I've had to figure this out the hard way by going through the process of elimination."

"DO NOT USE! THEY SLAM CUSTOMERS!!! I contacted Lawn Lab for a quote of possible service. The front office decided to activate my estimate as an active account for service without my approval or knowledge. Weeks later I received an email invoice that payment was due for services provided. I did not authorize service, Lawn Lab did not call me to confirm, email, or text me of any such scheduled service. I was slammed as a customer and they are now demanding that I pay for their services. The Manger/owner refuses to call me. I do not recommend unless you want to do business with a shady company"

When I called them to tell them that I had a big leak, they told me they were not liable. I told them that I showed the workers where thet hose and underground water pipes were, but they said they're still not liable. Unprofessional and shady! Needless to say, there are a lot of trees in our new subdivision needing to be replaced and I will not be referring them to any of our neighbors! They also packed a lot of the old clay and mud and dirt around the perimeter of the tree instead of taking it with them when I really needed to have organic compost and mulch there instead. Arborist came out and said the tree company was lazy and should have taken it with them. It just suffocates the tree. The tree company should have known better! Very very dissatisfied with their work! We had to pay for a separate sprinkler repair irrigation service company to come out and fix both issues. Cost an extra $200. We live in Frisco and a subdivision called edge stone"
