Jason Sayegh is a master craftsman. He is meticulous, personable, and honest. Job finished on time and on budget.

Had slow dripping water leak in elbow joint in wall in middle of house, probably for months that was absorbed by the subfloor and spread a few feet up sheetrock walls before discovery, ruining the walls, floors, built-ins, etc.  This was a big job. Insurer issued a check and, upon recommendation of a friend, we hired GGS.  Jason's work on the walls - sheetrock, baseboard,moldings, paint etc. was flawless.  His texture guy matched the existing perfectly. Jason was able to re -lay our wooden latticed 18" marble tile  that tile people and the floor company would not (or could not) do.  He suggested improvements - like using larger 3 1/2" wood for the lattice and centering the diamond tile pattern on both entranceways - which enhanced the beauty of our foyer considerably.  
Next, we hired GGS to paint the exterior.  Prep work was thorough with the use of metal flashing to protect/repair trim and corners where needed.  Jason is also a licensed electrician.  He is analytical and persistent.  His work is thorough; things fit precisely - he takes great pride in his work.  Prices are reasonable.  He is timely, well spoken - and entirely committed.  I have owned homes and hired contractors since 1984. He well deserves my highest recommendation.

I'm mostly pleased with the work.  The end result is very nice with quality work.  We had lots of miscommunication though, so I would recommend writing everything down!  Jason forgot things that we had talked about and then made it seem like we were changing our mind.  Small add on jobs seemed to be at too big an expense, a chandelier cost me $175 to hang and I had an electrician hang my 2nd one and he did that plus 2 other small jobs for $85.  Overall though, I am satisfied with the job Jason did and would have him work in our home again, but I would be much clearer in our communication and write it all down.

Jason Savege was awesome! He was always prompt, very clean, we trusted him & left him at our house alone. He even has key to our house - he is THAT trustworthy! We recommend him in a heartbeat!!

Their work is exceptional. They are able to see projects from a broad or micro perspective. The work was done right the first time and there have been no call backs.

The price was reasonable when compared to the prices I had gathered on the job.  They were very timely.  I would recommend them.  The one thing that bothers me a little bit is that they don’t write up a real contract but they do what they say they are going to do.

We just recently finished a remodeling project with GGS and are happy to report a very positive experience.  We found GGS from Angie?s List and left a message on voice mail.  Jason returned my call later the same day and arranged for a meeting to discuss the project at a convenient time later that week.  He was courteous on the phone and interested to discuss the project.  I mention this for a couple of reasons.  Contractors are busy, you should expect to get voice mail often, don?t let that put you off.  However, after making several calls to other contractors (including some rated highly on this list) many will not show you the courtesy of returning your calls or if you do talk to them, they seem like its a bother to discuss business with you.  No such problem with GGS, they were happy to talk to us, brainstorm ideas, and take on any job no matter how big or small.

Our project started as a bathroom remodel, but we had such a good feel for GGS, that we expanded the project to include re tiling the kitchen along with both bathrooms and several miscellaneous repairs.  Jason gave us the guidance we needed to stay within budget and not take on anything was not necessary to our objectives.  He promptly gave us an estimate with various options and was patient when we took some time making our decisions since we were considering more project than when started out.   We ended up taking on every item and worked commenced at the first opportunity.  While the job was underway, GGS took every measure to keep house usable and clean.  What could have been a major hassle was only a minor inconvenience which was impressive since the work involved our 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and painting/ repair of many walls in the house.  Workmanship was good and complete and they were very good about asking us how we were liking it while it was in progress.

Pricing was competitive which is great on its own.  But together with the great customer service and genuine desire to do the job to our liking made it an exceptional value.  I highly recommend them.  I will be calling them for our next project.

Jason transformed our Dining Room into a Nursery. He and Antonio completed this project within 3 days. Other contracters who gave us similar bids, stated that a project like this would be a week +. My wife and I are so impressed with the quality of the work provided by them. They were both punctual, polite, and most of all, always cleaned up very well after each day of work was complete.I have no doubt that in future projects, Jason will be the one we call. Thanks!!

Jason is great. I don't get other people because he does it for me and they do a good job. He has gutted and remodeled a bathroom for me, masonry work, gutters and roof work to name a few. He does a little bit of everything. Jason has great integrity. He takes responsibility for the work. He generally does the work himself. He doesn't work big crews. He won't come unless he can be here in the house to supervise. He is a good handyman and a good contractor. He doesn't always show up when he says he is going to.

Another company had come out and couldn't fix it. I would definitely use him again. I liked him a lot and he seemed like he had a lot of good general knowledge. He was a good guy.

Jason has done a number of jobs for us since we moved into our new home last summer. He has done an excellent job on everything and we are very happy with his work and will use him again.

Overall went very well. Started the work on time. Jason and Antonio worked very hard, very polite, considerate and conscientious. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the final result.

He's the kind of man I'll find checking my backyard after a storm, making sure the roof is okay. The standout thing about him is his integrity. He's one of the best troubleshooters I've ever met. He will go after a problem and stick with it. His prices are high, but he's worth it. I don't have to have the work done over and over again. He has redone all of the work of another contractor, because that contractor was so bad.

Jason is my go-to guy for nearly everything. He was here within an hour today. I purchased this house in 2006. Jason and I have been engaged in fixing everything that was wrong or done poorly ever since. There has been a lot of work needed and completed. You can see from the above the scope of his work for me. Jason is considerate, prompt and very clean. He does excellent work. After about $20,000 worth of new cast concrete cracked last year, he had the mason out and every bit of it was replaced. I can count on the work being done to my satisfaction. Jason is a little more expensive than many but it is well worth paying a little extra to have the work done correctly in the first place. He is certainly cheaper than redoing work over and over with different people until I am satisfied. I am very picky. Jason is the only contractor who ever made me happy.

A good experience. Jason was very knowledgeable, offering suggestions and always explaining what he recommended and why. He is a very sincere person, wanting to do the job in the best possible way but always explaining to the customer various options and costs involved. He found some other areas in need of repair and discussed them thoroughly with us and gave us a price before he undertook any additional work. He did the work with his assistant, Antonio, who also worked in a professional and thorough manner.

In the past, GGS has done painting and maintenance on my townhouse and a house where I was house sitting.  They did an excellent job and had very fair pricing.  I got alot of complements on their faux paint job.  They recently inspected a new home that I was getting ready to close on to give me advice on a bathroom leak and other areas that came up in the inspection report.  I will be using them to do bathroom remodeling, painting in some bedrooms and other areas and also to make the home wheelchair/ADA compatible for my mom.  The estimates and timeframe were very reasonable so I will be using  them as soon as I move in.  They are very professional and get back to me within an hour of a call.  

Jason and his company did an outstanding job painting rooms in my house and subsequently a year later, my apartment. I get compliments all the time, the apartment office and maintenance personnel said my apartment was their favorite one to go into, since it was painted so pretty and so unusual, they had never seen any walls painted with that type of faux paint (the maintenance person was so impressed he told the office personnel). Jason gave me a very good rate for what he did and the quality of his work is exceptional. He is a perfectionist and is one of the most honest professionals I have encountered. His opinion is very trustworthy and he was very good at recommending ideas, especially when I was at a loss. He keeps up with the latest trends and even develops some of his own. Jason is also very good at "fixing" mistakes that other contractors make. I will never use anyone else.

The filled in skylights are impeccable. Inside and outside are seamless. The paint job is excellent. All of the other work is excellent. He works methodically, efficiently, cleanly and does it right the first time. He is just a wonderful find. He offers a home maintenance service which involves twice a year inspecting for caulking, washing windows, cleaning gutters, checking drains, oiling hinges and locks etc. He is doing that right now as I write and I am thrilled to find someone who does that. His painter's texture work is impeccable. Doesn't get better than this. Oasis in a desert! I have had such bad luck in the past.
