Recently, we had our roof replaced and it looks beautiful! Prior to having the roof replaced, per my husband’s request, the representative from the roofing company met with the insurance adjuster, as well as my husband (he is very hands-on), to ensure that we are all on the same page. From there, the roofing company directly worked with the insurance company and the subcontractors (i.e., gutters, window screens, carpenters). On one side of our home, our neighbor has an above-ground plant nursery in the back yard and ornate flower garden in front, and they alleviated our concerns about their yard being damaged. We found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail. Their team efficiently worked to replace our roof in a single day, while picking up the nails and cleaning up the yard. The contractor actually came out to my house to patch a skylight and twice to meet with inspectors before we got an official estimate from them. The installation went smoothly. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. That night, I discovered that the new skylight was leaking. I called the company the next morning, and the roofing crew was there by early afternoon and fixed the leak. (It has since rained several times and I've had no further problems.) The guttering process went a bit more slowly since I needed gutter guards (which were apparently out of stock), but they installed those a couple of days later. The contractor brought me the bill a few days later. All in all, it was an easy process from start to finish.

After a hail storm in our neighborhood we were contacted by numerous roofers. Whatley Roofing was one of the companies that knocked on our door. They were in the neighborhood installing another roof. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and chose three roofing companies for estimates. All three estimates were similar but Whatley Roofing was the most persistent in requesting our business. I'm glad I chose them. They kept us informed about what they would do and when they would be here. The roof took two days to install and both our salesman, Adam Young, and the owner of the business came to check on the progress. After installation the men doing the roofing cleaned up and then Adam came by and walked around the house to be sure everything was clean. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
