"Mrs. [Removed member name], I am sorry you have not been satisfied with your services but you are able to call us if you have any concerns and we will come do a free service call to address them. As for the fire ants, we didn't change the terms of the service, it has always been a 6 month guarantee, however the salesman may have worded "for the year" which means for that year of service not from that date until next year. Fire ants go dormant in the winter and then as you know, come back in the spring, so there is no guarantee after they go dormant, which is typically November or December in Texas. Again I am sorry you are leaving without giving us a chance to come address your concerns, i will have your technician in the area next week and have him a service call for your ants as well as the weeds. He will also follow up with a phone call."

Been going good,grass looking good,they call a day or 2 before they come out to let you know when they will be doing service
green and healthy. Lawn Lab came out treated my lawn to control
crabgrass, other weeds and keeping my lawn green. I have a dog and
when I ask to call a day before my treatment, so not to give the
technician a surprise, they always do. And the next day Lawn Lab is
there and punctual.
