I used their Stainmaster carpet. I have used Lowe's before on the other house three years ago, so obviously I am a repeat customer. I was happy with what they did three years ago. They get an "A" for everything. I would definitely use them again. I love their product. They are very friendly. Lowe's of course doesn't install it. They have companies that they work with that actually install it. The lady I worked with, Gem was a real sweetheart and she was very helpful and got me sales prices and stuff. It worked out great. The people called me and asked when I'd like it to be installed. I wasn't ready yet, and they called a couple of weeks later and I still wasn't ready. They were on top of it and showed up on time. They did the work on time. Everything was done perfect.

They installed it last week. It was around $1200 for the door and the installation. They did a really good job putting it in too. So far it's good. Years ago, I used to have to buy dryers so often and I couldn't figure out what it was. We have a vent that goes up to the roof, instead of the attic, so it's hard to clean. I went in because they would burned out and there was an elderly gentleman at Lowe's and all of a sudden he is telling me, "I think you need to get that cleaned out." So I called somebody and they came out and I had so much lint, it was about 3 feet of lint in that room. That's scary, but I appreciated the man. I would clean out as far as I could go, but I couldn't get to a lot of it. I go to the older gentlemen in the store, they know a lot. They all do a very thorough job. They're really good about covering and cleaning and not disrupting the whole house. They're very professional.

I purchased an Angie's List Gift Card special offer for this service and it turned out fine. I normally use this location because it is close to my house. Their customer service was alright.

The new windows were insulated PVC framed with Low-E insulated glass that were Energy Star rated. These are far better than the other aluminum frames which are double-paned but are less efficient. I also loved the double moving sashes which are wonderful compared to the older windows. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The price was right at market and I should know since I'm a construction estimator by profession. I will use these guys again when I can afford to replace more of my windows.
