"Luis came out a few days ago to service the AC system and install a new water safety switch on the pan under the unit in the attic. A few days later, we had plumbers come and install a new water heater located next to the AC unit in the attic. The plumbers accidentally knocked the water safety switch off of the pan, shutting down the AC. I discovered that the AC wasn't working late in the afternoon. I called Luis and he came by after hours to diagnose and repair the problem. He did not charge me for an after hours call, and didn't even want to accept payment for a normal service call since he had been there a few days earlier and wanted to stand behind his work. He's a stand-up guy. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic. Noticed when I got home from work one evening that the first story of my home was not cool. AC had been on all day, but air temp was 78 degrees. I called Cooling Technicians and Adam came to diagnose the problem the next morning. His troubleshooting was very thorough and the problem was quickly isolated to a faulty compressor. I received a fair quote for the parts and labor, gave the okay, and they were ordered and installed. That was a few weeks ago and I’ve enjoyed ice cold air since and have experienced no problems with the new unit. Adam really knows his stuff and does great work and a quality install. Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus.
