Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
The appointment was made for Dec 9 to do a preventive maintenance check on the electric heating system. They called the morning of Dec 9 to say they had overbooked and could I reschedule? It was rescheduled for Dec 13, but no email confirmation was sent. I called the afternoon of Dec 13 at 2:30 pm to confirm they were coming and was told it would be after 4:00 pm. I said "fine, I need to run to the grocery store but will be back before 4:00 pm. I returned home at 3:50 pm to find a call from the technician that he needed my gate code to enter at 3:14 pm. So I called the dispatcher again at 3:55 pm and she said she had another technician available. He showed up at 5:46 pm and was here a little over an hour. He was thorough and tried to do a good job. He left an estimate for an expensive repair that is questionable. I have used this company for a long time but this was an irritating experience primarily due to the person making appointments and the dispatcher.

Well, I had a kitchen sink blockage. I saw their $83 drain clearing coupon. I spoke to a gentleman, explained what is going on, and I clearly asked if their advertised $83 deal would apply. He said YES. Then he emailed me the coupon to use. The plumber gets here, sees that it is not the MAIN LINE, but an inside branch (kitchen sink) and states the coupon WILL NOT APPLY, Then quotes me around $360 !!!!! I said NO. He offered to cut it to around $250. I said NO. I do not like the baiting. He then spoke to a manager, and they cut it to $150. I did that. The plumber was GREAT !!! He did a wonderful job. The issue is TOTALLY with the guy on the phone who said the coupon WOULD APPLY. All said and done, the baiting sucks.

Install went well. ARS is Lowes installer. Picked up my Lowes WH. Strapping was on gas water vent pipe was omitted. ARS installer said he didnâ t have any and the one they cut off was too short and said the roofer that was coming and he had that strapping. Roofer came to reseal the vent pipe and did a nice job but also said he had no strapping. Said he was going to come back to fix it. Day 3. Ow.

Service from the technician was great. The appointment was scheduled the previous day with a 4 hour time slot. No communication was received day of service. When no one showed, I Called at the end of that time slot and was pushed out another 2 hours after waiting the initial 4 hours. They are good but Be prepared to wait.
