Brian was the absolute best!!! He was authentic, kind, professional and thorough!!! We have been working with this company for a decade or more and wouldn’t think of changing! Brian went above and beyond, but they are all fantastic! Greg (who we typically request), is also AMAZING too!!! They are affordable and worth every cent!!! Our air went out in the evening, I called Brian and he was out quickly. He tried his best to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was old and finally needed to be replaced. He brought out window units while we waited for our new system to come in (just a day and a half). He turned an awful situation (with 100 degree heat outside) into one that was bearable. The day of install, a team showed up and replaced the entire unit in 4 hours with Brian at the helm the entire time! We have used Dynamic for years and will continue to do so! They are honest, reliable, trustworthy and have the BEST customer service! We are blessed to have them right here in our neighborhood!

I called the company at 9:00am and they had a plumber to me at 1:00 that afternoon. Even though he was hot & sweaty from working in the attic, Colton was friendly, informative & courteous. I will definitely call this company again for my plumbing needs.

The team was very punctual (they actually arrived early after the office called to let me know they could be here early and I agreed). The work was done rather quickly. I asked several questions and they took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. When it's time for a new AC unit, I will call this company to come in and do a new installation as well. I was quite impressed. We have two HVAC systems, and they performed the maintenance on both systems and the price paid included two pounds of refrigerant and a maintenance contract for both the summer season and the winter tune-up as well.

Coil Unit was replaced in time and work was done professionally and efficiently. A/C is working again as new.
