"While having our air ducts cleaned, mildew was discovered on the inside the supply plenum on our A/C unit in the attic (possibly from all the moisture Harvey dumped on us for days). Although the unit was only four years old, we decided it was best to replace it before it got worse. To hopefully avoid this type of problem in the future, we wanted to install some form of UV light in the plenum after it's replacement, but we were very concerned about the ozone that's released into the home's air from some of these types of lights. Matthew from Air Specialist listened and addressed all of our concerns about UV lights, and gave us information about each type on the market and which ones would address our concerns. After research, we decided on one of the Lennox UV lights and Matthew installed it for us. So far we've had no problems with this UV light, and we continue to be happy with Air Specialist's work."

"They showed up on time, excellent communication throughout the process. They looked everything over, it's in good shape, but they had some recommendations. Having some additional work done. I was considering a mini-split, but their recommendations will save me about $3,000. I'm a fan!"

"Andres was the ultimate professional, he knew right away what the problem was with my AC. He fixed it immediately. Sure I would hire him again."

"Felipe did an excellent job troubleshooting and repairing an AC central unit problem and rather quickly. It is obvious this man has been doing this for a long time and his professionalism was impecable. Cost and time to repair were fair while there was no cost for the visit and diagnosis. Felipe has also helped me in a rental property troubleshooting unrelated issues on a very old AC unit. I will continue to request his service in the future and highly recommend his AC and Heating expertise."

I had a question about further security of my mini split AC unit (outdoor cage to prevent theft)and company was quick to reply to provide a solution. They were incredibly professional, explained the problem clearly, and repaired it the same day. Pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, which I really appreciated. Since the repair, my AC has been working perfectly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise!"

"Affordable ac service is amazing. My ac system went down during the middle of summer. Jose replaced my ac system in a couple days for half the price of other places. The brand he got me is the highest rated ac brand. Jose and his team were super nice and professional. Took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call affordable ac services for all future ac work."
