Mr. Fred was amazing answered all my questions gave me a fair and reasonable quote to replace my evaporator coil and showed me everything. His installers were both thoughtful and professional as well as incredibly thorough. They worked fast and through the night to finish so that my family could have working AC upstairs. Incredibly thankful to him and his team for working fast. I had to replace my evaporator coil and they even cleaned out my units outside no charge! I'm so impressed with the service and will ALWAYS use them from now on. They are local, honest, and reliable. For about $3,000 I had my evaporator coil replaced with labor and a new 10 year warranty and 5 year labor and service warranty.

A pleasure to do business with. He diagnosed the problem by starting at smallest / easiest possible problems first and performed the more labor intensive but less expensive repair for me rather than attempting to upsell me to make more money and less work for him. He did explain the potential benefits of replacing larger portions of the system but was not pushy. He was very friendly. He didn't mind and rather encouraged me to observe his work and explained his work while offering me repair options, explaining potential risks / benefits and potential prices along the way. Quick response, quick repair and very responsive to multiple phone calls and scheduling needs. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Fred!

He explained to me what the problem was, fixed it properly, and also taught me what preventative measures I could do myself for maintaining my home AC. He also kept the work area very clean.
