"Great! I have three AC Units on my house, all were 11+ years old. I had issues with one early in the summer, then came home to find that a second one had gone kaput. I had conversations with three different providers, and ultimately I chose to go with Punbar to replace all three units. Ronald answered all my questions, made some good suggestions, and during all our conversations never pressured me to make one choice or another. He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost. I would highly recommend them."

Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus. "After discovering mold growing out of one of our vents, we used Angie's List to call 5 companies for quotes. TakeAir was the only company that took several pictures of the vent and actual AC unit. Avi sat and talked with my husband and I about the problem, explained our options, and pricing, including warranties. They had the longest warranties for their services, which gave use the impression that they back their work. We scheduled with them on Thanksgiving (yes, they were available for us to contact with any questions). They came out Sunday and worked diligently from 10:30am-3pm. They covered our furniture and belongings to ensure that it wouldn't get dirty. They took our vents off and washed them, cleaned the boxes, intakes, ducts and unit. After washing, they sanitized and installed the UV light system to prevent the problem from occurring again. They cleaned up afterwards.
