"Had a small water drip from a loose valve under the sink in the master bath. The water seeped into the concrete and under the solid wood floor in the family room causing the floor to buckle or crown. They removed the damaged area of the floor and replaced it with the same floor. Removed the shoe moulding. Sanded the entire floor so the repaired area and the rest of the floor would match. Applied 2 coats of polyurethane. Replaced the shoe moulding and transition pieces. Overall very good job. Not many companies do floor repair, only floor installation. This company tackled a tough job. The crew worked hard. The wood floor looks great and the damaged area can't be seen; the floor looks uniform throughout, which is what I was really worried about. I would recommend them."

Spencer came out and laser measured the garage space to get exact square footage and to measure the moisture content of the floor. Spencer explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The installation process was impressive. This involved meticulous preparation of the concrete surface from sanding to repairing cracks before coating. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my new garage floor.
