Drywall - Install
Chad's home renovation project, starting Aug 2024, was plagued by delays & issues. He installed old insulation, substituted paint, caused an 11-day flooring delay by demolishing before new materials arrived, provided incorrect flooring quality, and neglected subfloor prep. A subcontractor also reported not being paid. The project only finished after credit card dispute threats; Chad still owes an electrical outlet installation and has cut communication.

LITERALLY SLOWER THAN CHRISTMAS. STARTED BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND FINISHED AFTER CHRISTMAS. CONFUSED BUNCH. SENT A PLUMBER TO INSTALL A BATHTUB WITHOUT ANY HELP. SENT A PLUMBER TO INSTALL A TOILET BUT DIDN'T GIVE HIME THE TOILET. MANY DAYS WAISTED BECAUSE OF CONFUSION. CAME IN WAY OVER BID.

Beautiful job done of our cathedral ceiling which had been damaged during Hurricane Ike . Baseboards redone, touch up painting on walls and doors . New door and frame in our garage . These young men were so skilled and confident . My 15 year old home looks brand new . They also did a masterful job laying shoe molding . This is a complete company painting and construction.. Thank you Chad for taking care of everything so quickly . You are a team of pros .

Can not speak highly enough of this company. Called early morning and they were at my residence that afternoon. Examined the repair, drywall on 3 walls and ceiling from plumbing repair, built an estimate and sent it to me on site. Price was very reasonable for the work. They arrived as scheduled and on time, worked thoroughly and diligently, drywall, texture and paint, all in one day. You would never had known there was an issue. The Work Team was awesome and cleaned the area so there was no trace of them doing any work. I would reccomend them again to family and friends. His card is laminated in the Use This Contractor Again file. 5 Stars because I can't do 6

This is the second time we’ve hired Chad and both times have been terrific. First time was to repair drywall in ceiling after burst pipes. Quick response, fair price, excellent work making the repair and matching ceiling texture in difficult slanted ceiling along skylights. Second job was almost full house interior painting including walls, trim, and small cabinet area where they also installed granite countertop. Again, quick response, great communication throughout the project, completed promptly and professionally, and very willing to work with the customer until pleased. The crew is very easy to work with, polite, professional, and highly skilled. The new paint looks tremendous!! Very clean and careful in our home. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to hire again.

I had Ryan Construction paint approx. 1100 sq ft. 2 Bedrooms, 1 loft, and stairwell as well as the banister and 1/2 of my great room. I was given a quote that it would be no more than X amount. As I was trying to save money, I prepped most of the work, moved most everything except very heavy furniture (3 pieces), and provided the paint. His crew did not come prepared with the remaining items needed for painting except ladders, a tarp, and brushes. The work that his painting crew was sloppy, furniture and part of the floor was not covered and they ended up using most of my tape and painters paper. (I even sprung for pizza for them). After they were finished, I explained to Chad I was not happy with the work, and he sent his foreman back to tighten up some of the areas. I suppose I am most disappointed that after my sweat equity and materials, I was charged the full quoted price which to me was a bit high, to begin with. I am still finding areas I need to either clean paint off of or touch up. The work that I was finally left with is average, as far as painting goes. If you do hire this company be certain to get a detailed estimate with a breakdown of actual costs, something I did not do (my bad on that one). I am sure the work that he supervises is fine. He just never came to my house to look at what was done.

Chad and his team were fantastic and incredibly professional! Chad came to the site several times and stayed in constant touch with us throughout the project. His team rebuilt our Master after the ceiling collapsed from burst pipes during the great freeze. Prior to Chad we had gone through three contractors who stiffed us and never showed up. After four months of sleeping on air mattresses in a last ditch effort we went to Angi and Chad answered our call on the same day and had his team out that week! For ALL future projects I will ONLY use Chad as his price is reasonable and his team's work is awesome!

Chad and his team did a great job painting the entire inside of my home. Chad is great to work with, trustworthy and very responsive and willing to address any concerns my wife and I had. If you want peace of mind that you aren’t going to be taken advantage of and that your contractor is there to do a job that exceeds your expectations, then I would highly recommend that you choose Chad. We were so pleased with the job he did painting our house that we chose him to replace the floors in our home as well.
