I recently purchased an older home and they replaced a 20+ year old Bradford White 50 gallon gas water heater with a brand new model. They came and assessed the unit, and told me what other improvements my set up needed to bring up to code. Their hassle free estimate was very fair. The installation was thorough and professional. Got the extended warranty just for my peace of mind.

James and the team did a great job. Perfect service. They were very careful in the home during installation and removal of the water heaters (2). The installation sites in the attic were spotless upon completion.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! An efficient and very professional company. We had a water softer installed, garbage disposal installed and two water heaters flushed. Prior to the appointment there was clear communication with transparency regarding pricing, which was a very big plus point. Day of the appointment the technician arrived early, polite and very well presented. Was able to do the jobs swiftly and constantly double checked everything was done correctly and working well.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Our previous water heater was purchased from Sears in February 2005. So we had no idea what to expect. Eric was here on time and the job was completed in a timely manner. He patiently answered all my old lady questions and explained things in a way I understood. Price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. $60 discount for cash or debit card. We used our debit card. . I HIGHLY recommend Water Heater Pros. The work was done July 23, 2024.

Our experience with Water Heater Pros was top notch from beginning to end. The pricing was straightforward with no surprises and better than a lot of other places. We had 2 40 gallon tank Bradford White heaters installed in our attic and the installers were professional and courteous. Financing was easy. Highly, highly recommended.

I recently had a water heater installed by Water Heater Pros, and the entire experience has been garbage. The unit they installed was defective right from the start. It barely worked, the first week it was already leaking water, and a year and a half later it gives out and does not work anymore. When I contacted them about the issue, I was shocked to hear that they wanted to charge me to replace it! even though it is still under warranty. This is completely unacceptable. I paid good money for a brand-new water heater, and they installed a faulty one. Now they expect me to pay again for something that should have been done correctly the first time? Ridiculous! Their customer service is just as bad as their products. I spoke with the owner and he does not seem to care about resolving my issue. I feel like they’re more interested in squeezing more money out of me than actually providing a solution. I would strongly advise anyone considering Water Heater Pros to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that will actually stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This weekend I had unfortunate water heater leak in attic. I contacted 6-7 companies and got most reasonable, honest and fastest quote from Water Heaters Pros. Other contractors got all my personal info first, set an appointment, only then sent me a quote or make me wait for their visit. Jim with Water Heater Pros gave me quickest estimate over the phone without asking me for my personal info, then sent me a one page pdf quote with different options including extended 10 year warranty. I was also surprised that all necessary parts for installation were included (not like in some quotes from others). Jim “squeezed” me in for Monday PM, gave me ETA. Installers showed up on time and job was done in 1.5 hr. When I got back home from work - I had hot water and most of all happy wife because both guys were very courteous, explained “what and how” they install, hauled away old unit and cleaned up working area. No complains. I would strongly recommend Water Heater Pros.
