Made the call and less than 24 hours later, I had a new tank and hot water. The owner Joe was very courteous and professional on the phone, explaining everything that need to be done. Unlike other companies, he immediately gave me an estimate and that estimate didn't change after the work. Joe and his helper were very courteous, did the install very clean and didn't cut any corners, as I watched every step. If you are in need of a new water heater, either tank or tank less, Texans Water Heater is definitely your go to. I promise you will not regret the call or the bill.

Texans Water Heater quoted a very competitive price (over the phone - no site inspection or extra trip charge necessary) for the replacement of my old water heater with a similar unit (located in the ground floor garage). They were available to install within two days (amazing turn around given the "winter freeze" that had occurred just a few weeks before) - three technicians arrived on time and completed the replacement and packed up in less than two hours. I appreciated that they took some time to explain the install and offered suggestions on how to maintain the unit so that it lasts. The unit works great - we've had to turn the heat down even since it's so efficient - haven't had hot water like this in years.

Was most impressed because they quoted prices over the phone, instead of wanting $45.00 to come out and give you a bid (which could have been higher and you would have lost $45.00). Their bid was the lowest, the product was quality and the work was done quickly. Staff was very polite and went out of their way to give you advise.

They were on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Pricing was fair for the quality of work and quality of heaters I received. Excellent service and value. Decided to be proactive and replace an aging gas water heater before it became trouble. They were willing to come out that same day. I spoke with Joe N. who explained options that were available regarding warranties and the install. He was very sincere and passionate and truly wanted my business. 3 installers showed up on time and within an hour the job was completed. The crew were professional and polite and did an excellent job. No water spills, marring of walls or any debris left behind. This is all this company does and there work verifies they are good at what they do. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a replacement water heater.

The plumber I got was kind of Sloppy as he did not do a professional job and was not careful when unclogging the drain and let quite a bit of water to spill inside the sink cabinet. Plus he was not quick enough to clean it knowing all of my kitchen floors were of wood.

Called early one morning said I needed two water heaters installed and by noon the same day had hot water again! Awesome! Installers were courteous and took extra care to protect floors and cleaned up the area better than the maid.

Very fast, reliable service. Water heater was dripping into pan in attic. Both were over 20 years old so decided to change them both out. The office asked me about the size and talked me through finding the model and serial numbers on the tanks so that the new heaters would fit the space. Installation was that morning. Heating so well that I don t have to put the faucet up as high! And heats up so much faster. Very nice service people!

I called 2 other companies. I tried to tell them that the water heater was only 3 years old and both told me that it didn't matter, water heaters don't last long now... I needed a tankless. These guys showed up and looked at everything. The water heater was under warranty. They fixed it and gave me a water heater lesson in maintenance and how everything worked.
