They had to patch about 20 holes in sheetrock after a repiping and even though I saw the holes for myself I can't tell where the patches are when looking at each spot. Great patchwork and texturing matching. They also discovered some broken rafters in the garage when removing the drywall and reinforced those. Lopez Painting removed wall paper, repaired woodwork and dry wall from moving electrical outlets and installing canless lights, painted master bath, closet, toilet room, large custom vanity and cabinets. "CentraPro was a pleasure to do business with.  Kurt worked with my husband to arrange the time and me to pick the colors.  We have an Austin creekstone brick house and Kurt suggested painting the trim to make the house pop.  I chose the colors and Kurt called back to say that he thought the gray I had chosen was too purple.  I took his word for it (he has seen a lot more paint colors than I have)  and chose a new color.  He still felt that the new color was too purple and asked me what kind of look I was trying to build.  I told him and he suggested two grays and two whites.  Kurt had his team put the colors on boards so I could see a larger sample.  I came home at lunch and made a choice.  The painters also replaced some rotten wood in our soffits and around our sliding patio door.  The CentraPro team was very professional, performed all work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was complete.  Truly a professional organization from start to finish.  I would definitely use them again."

"Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"Let me say that my first contact with Ivan, via a phone call, was a discussion
about what problems I was having, and what he could possibly do to help.
His first comment was that he'd be happy to come look at my bath,
explain what if anything he could do (and recommend where to go if it was
out of his ability)  And this was a free service no matter who I chose.

He nailed my problem.  I had already done a good bit of investigation before
seeking help and in 10 minutes, he showed me what I had missed. 
He and his two-man crew completely rebuilt my shower taking everything
to the bare studs - fixing studs where needed - aligning/rebuilding  the not
properly built doorway - removing and rebuilding defective pan and right down
to the finished product, did it all very professionally, responsibly, and in a
very friendly manner. 

When Ivan and his crew finished the job, we almost felt like
members of the family were moving out.  They completely cleaned up at
the end of each day, before going home, swept, picked everything up, and
put all their tools away.  And before driving off, Ivan would
personally check with one of us to see if everything was to our
satisfaction.

Very impressed with the way they kept us informed,
their work, punctuality,  friendliness, and dedication to doing the job
correctly and to our personal satisfaction.

Very highly recommend the three-man team that is Ace Custom Building.
Our kitchen is next - and they already have the job when we're ready.
