"CentraPro was a pleasure to do business with.  Kurt worked with my husband to arrange the time and me to pick the colors.  We have an Austin creekstone brick house and Kurt suggested painting the trim to make the house pop.  I chose the colors and Kurt called back to say that he thought the gray I had chosen was too purple.  I took his word for it (he has seen a lot more paint colors than I have)  and chose a new color.  He still felt that the new color was too purple and asked me what kind of look I was trying to build.  I told him and he suggested two grays and two whites.  Kurt had his team put the colors on boards so I could see a larger sample.  I came home at lunch and made a choice.  The painters also replaced some rotten wood in our soffits and around our sliding patio door.  The CentraPro team was very professional, performed all work in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was complete.  Truly a professional organization from start to finish.  I would definitely use them again."

"Painter stopped paint about 1" above carpet on all baseboards. Had to go around and correct. Accent wall next to wall painted white had to go and adjust painting to have even lines. Several spots of paint on carpet that had to clean up; paint on door knobs which I cleaned up. Requested ceiling to be retextured where it was peeling up, instead contractor scraped the ceiling and painted it. There are areas that are still needing address on ceiling which I will correct. I failed to remove the blinds in a window contractor removed blind and layed on floor and they were stepped on. Ended up with a slat being broken. Office personnel did call and request I make sure I was happy before staff departed."

"This renovation was projected to take 4 weeks and at the end of 4 weeks the renovation was completed. The process was effortless for us and a very pleasant experience. The crews were hardworking, friendly, responsible and trustworthy. They showed up on time every day and worked a full day until the renovation was completed. The different jobs were scheduled in an efficient and timely manner so that no time was wasted, during the renovation, waiting on crews or materials. As soon as cabinet painting was completed, the countertop work started; after that the flooring was done, etc They did a spectacular job and all of their work was high quality and meticulously done. Perfection was their target and they were relentless in every detail of their work to produce the best possible product. It was impressive to watch them clean up any mess at the end of every day, so that they left the most pleasant environment possible for us, all during the renovation. They asked us many questions during the 4 weeks to ensure the product they were creating was the product we envisioned.
