Steve stayed in touch whenever weather created a delay. For the exterior, they power washed the home first, recaulked areas that needed it, replaced a few rotted boards, and painted every paintable surface – Hardiboard, eaves, soffits, gutters, downspouts, metal doors, and garage door.
