"Excellent job.  They taped everything off, no spills.  They did not do the trim, only walls, and there was no bleedover onto any trim or any of my furniture or fixtures.  They even removed and reinstalled the tv mount so as not to get any paint on it and to ensure the wall was uniformly painted.  They fixed all dings in my wall to perfection, including some pre-existing sheet rock damage. 
They truly went above and beyond.  The paint job looks great.  They also worked FAST and were done 2 hours before they said they would be.  Worked through lunch.

"Of all the contractors that worked hard to remodel my kitchen, Mr. Jose Lopez of High Quality Sheetrock Repair, was my favorite. After the old counter-top and old back-splash tile was removed, Mr. Lopez removed the damaged drywall and replaced it. He carefully cut around the electrical receptacles and the plumbing supply lines to avoid leaving large gaps. He made sure that the drywall was straight so that the new counter-top will lay flush against the wall. He aligned the seams to provide a smooth surface on which to install the new tile back-splash. When told that the new tile may be glass tile, he returned with paint and painted the new drywall white to ensure consistent coloration of the translucent tile. He charged no extra fees for the painting work. The beautifully laid and finished kitchen counter-top and back-splash tile are a testament to Mr. Lopez's forethought, conscientious attitude and careful attention to detail."

"During the original consultation we decided to expand the project's scope from just replacing the tub / shower walls to a complete bathroom remodel. New shower/tub, remove all the wallpaper, replace the cabinets, floor, toilet, and counter tops. Even a new bathroom window! Ivan and his crew were able to start the next day and arrived exactly on time – a trend that continued the whole project. Every day his crew arrived a little before the arranged time, waited, then began right on the dot. An (odd to us) extreme amount of care was taken during the whole process. The floors were covered to prevent tacking in mud / scruffs every morning and the whole work-site was cleaned up /rolled up at the end of every workday. Ivan walked us through all our options, and was extremely helpful on expounding the pros & cons to questions we had. Ivan used two other individuals in his crew, whom were extremely polite and mannered. This made it a three man job, and it stayed that way throughout the renovation. During the process, Ivan only left to get required materials – like the tub / cabinet/ etc. - but the crew continued at 100% in his absence. Minus a daily lunch break all three were working non stop from 9 to 5. Every day. The whole renovation involved removal/replacement of the old tub, backer board, cabinets, floor, toilet, and wallpaper. Furthermore Ivan did finishing to the walls / prepped for paint using several layers. We figured the wallpaper would just have a base layer added then painted over, but they actually got steam machines inside the bathroom and scraped every last inch out. An incredibility labor intense process. Once gutted, the fun began. The new tub was installed and hooked up (with shut off values added – thanks Ivan), our cabinets were custom finished by Ivan, and the mirror 100% custom made. Of note; when installing the quartz countertops, I remarked that I wish it was slightly higher – Ivan immediately asked if that was something I wanted, and pulled it off within the hour. The quartz was cut on site; a painless process. Overall, we were amazed by the whole process. Ivan went above and beyond our expectations and was able to bob-and-weave with our little tweaks (we added a recessed shower shelf last minute/ raised the countertops / etc.) as the project progressed during the approximate week it took to complete. It was a custom “fit-and-finish” through-and-through. Since the completion of that renovation job we have retired and plan on having the rest of the house remodeled (master bath, kitchen, living room, outdoor siding, and more) before officially laying back and kicking up our feet; we have absolutely zero doubt who we will turn to. Ivan and his crew blew us away, and months later we still grin ear to ear while reminiscing about the renovation. We are beyond words with how happy we are with the whole process and would recommend (and have) Ivan to anyone we know."

"Painter stopped paint about 1" above carpet on all baseboards. Had to go around and correct. Accent wall next to wall painted white had to go and adjust painting to have even lines. Several spots of paint on carpet that had to clean up; paint on door knobs which I cleaned up. Requested ceiling to be retextured where it was peeling up, instead contractor scraped the ceiling and painted it. There are areas that are still needing address on ceiling which I will correct. I failed to remove the blinds in a window contractor removed blind and layed on floor and they were stepped on. Ended up with a slat being broken. Office personnel did call and request I make sure I was happy before staff departed."

"Good work in a reasonable amount of time, and trustworthy. Expect some possible minor broken items such as electrical wall plates, as they need to remove all items from the walls in order to do the job well. In my opinion, it was forgivable as it speaks to their thoroughness in the painting process. Just plan for it. Overall, I would hire them again."

"Jose and his assistant removed the shed doors that we painted ourselves a long time ago and paint had been coming off. They then sanded them and re-painted them. At the same time, the walkway from the sidewalk outside our side garage door to the patio on the other side of the gate, was being worked on. After removing some soil in order to place the pavers stones level with our sidewalk, they placed sand down, then placed the stones on. After that, they placed some gravel/sand material in between the stones to make them more stable. After the paint dried on the shed doors, they put them back on the shed. Also Jose helped us with replacing our old worn out shocks on our front and back storm doors which we had already purchased and had them on hand for him to install.

"Jame's crew did an excellent job on all work performed. They powerwashed my entire home, removed all rotted wood and underlayment and replaced it Hardi plank, the painted the complete exterior. I now have the best looking home on my styreet. I wo uld use him again, no problem.

"This is the third job we?ve done with HRR services - so I understood the capabilities of the company and Phillip Warwick prior to starting.  I am also a handyman myself and can do many of the tasks I contracted him to do, I just  don?t have the time. I?ll go room by room and provide a little detail on the last job.  
General:
My wife and I did most of the demo with the exceptions of the three bathrooms. 
Doors:
All the doors in the house were sub par.  We gave some direction on what we wanted and Phillip did a good job with choosing the right doors.  
Kitchen and Breakfast:
When we purchased this house, the kitchen was a 1972 mess!  I wanted to tear out all the cabinets and Phillip said it would be better to save them. That was a good call.  I sanded down all the cabinets and rebuilt the doors.  Phillips guys did a great job with sanding prep and paint on the cabinets.  They repaired the sheet rock and floated out such that you could not tell it was ever patched. He also installed a designer vent hood and dishwasher.  
Den:
I tore out all the old paneling walls (two layers) down to studs.  Phillip?s guys installed sheet rock trimmed out and painted.  The room looked great.
Dinning:
There was no scope here except the mirror removal.  We forgot to include that in the scope during the bid.  One afternoon I dropped by the site and the mirrors were gone, walls floated and painted.  He charged next to nothing for this work. 
Utility Bath:
Phillip removed the existing tile and toilet, demoed the vanity.  The window was beyond repair and he replaced that as well.  After tile, vanity and counters were installed, the he painted and added the new toilet.  
Hall Bath:
During demo, the tub was damaged and I felt like it could not be repaired.  Phillip replaced it at his expense.  He also repaired the vanity, did the paint, plumbing, tile and toilet.  
Master Bedroom:
This room was mostly paint, however, we moved the door going to the master bath.  Phillip was able to match the texture in the walls such that you really could not tell after paint that it had been moved.  
Master Bath:
This room was a big deal.  We put in a new tub (there was no tub before), moved and enlarged the shower and put in a new closet.  Phillip put in a new toilet, new window and installed a purchased vanity.  The tiling in this room was very upscale and Phillip?s team did a great installation.  When finished, this room looked great.  
Remainder:
Phillip did touch-up paint in various places that needed it at a reasonable price. 
Other Comments:
You can always reach Phillip via text.  He will respond even when on vacation.  
Phillip was always happy to meet us at the job site if we had questions.
Phillip was willing to work with other contractors on the same site (this is not always easy...)
